I'm going to the Rose Bowl, but don't know of any extras for sale. The best time to ask would have been before the 10th, because anyone with season tickets who wasn't planning on going to the Rose Bowl could have put an order in on behalf of someone else. (Though of course that would violate the policy and nobody would Ever, Ever Do That...)

I seem to recall reading that applications from season ticket holders received after the 10th would be considered on a first-come first-serve basis after all the pre-10th applications were filled. That's probably still the best (only) way to avoid paying scalper premiums, if people are willing to live with a week of uncertainty over whether they'll get any or not.
